Agent teams
Group a workspace's agents into teams on the Agents page. How to create, edit and delete a team, move agents in and out, which teams the Agnt Wizard and hires create for you, and what a team does not change.
A team is a named group of agents on the Agents page in the superagnt app. Teams keep a long list of agents readable: a primary agent and the agents it hands work to, or every agent behind one workflow, sit together under one card. They are organization only. A team changes nothing about what its agents can do or who can see them.
01
Teams on the Agents page
The Agents page lists your teams first, then the agents that are in no team, under Ungrouped. Each team card shows the team's name, how many agents it holds, the icons of up to four of them and the team's description. Click a card to open the team and see its agents. The search box matches team names and descriptions as well as agent names and descriptions.
Teams are listed in the order they were created, oldest first. The app has no control to reorder them. An archived agent drops out of its team's count and list, and shows read-only in the Archived section at the bottom of the page.
02
Create a team
Click + Team next to the search box. Give the team a name and, if you like, a description of what its agents do together, then click Create team. The description shows on the team card and helps the Agnt Wizard pick the right team when it groups agents.
03
Move agents in and out
An agent is in at most one team. To move one, open the options menu on the agent's card, choose Move to team, and pick a team. Remove from team, under Move to team on an agent that is in a team, puts it back under Ungrouped. The move applies at once.
04
Edit or delete a team
The options menu on a team card, and the one in an open team's header, have Edit team and Delete team. Edit changes the name and the description.
Delete asks you to confirm, then removes the team. Its agents stay where they are and go back under Ungrouped: deleting a team never deletes, pauses or archives an agent. To retire an agent, use Archive agent in that agent's own options menu.
05
Teams made for you
The Agnt Wizard puts agents into teams as it builds them. When it builds a set of agents that work together, it groups them under one descriptively named team, and it reuses a team with the same name, ignoring case, before it makes a new one. It does this directly, without an approval card. You can also ask it to move an agent into a team or take it out of one.
A hire that ships more than one agent arrives with its agents in a team of their own.

What a team does not change
- Access. Every member of the workspace sees every team and every agent in it, and any member can create, edit or delete any team.
- Tools and permissions. An agent's tools, permission levels, channels and triggers are set on the agent itself, never on its team. See Agent tools and the MCP gateway.
- Running agents. Moving an agent between teams, or deleting a team, does not redeploy, pause or archive anything.
